Mediation & Arbitration

Mediation is an informal, yet structured, process in which an impartial third person, known as a mediator, helps disputing parties to reach a mutually acceptable solution to issues that are causing conflict between them. Mediation is an effective way to reach a resolution more quickly and more cost-efficiently than resolving legal disputes in the court systems.

Arbitration is a formal process in which a neutral third party receives testimony and evaluates information provided by parties involved in a dispute and then makes a judgment regarding the outcome.

Pine has been a certified mediator/arbitrator since 2012. He has been involved in matters which resulted in mediation in approximately 125 cases. He works with other attorneys and their clients to bring resolution to conflicts in a cost-effective way and allow parties to resolve disputes with integrity.
